We used SoSoft Play for my sons 2nd birthday and we chose the farmyard Play park bouncy castle and it was absolutely perfect for toddlers. It has a ball pit with "magic" floating balls, a slide, and a small bouncy castle all in one! It was an absolute hit and I cannot recommend this company enough. The guy who delivered was friendly, helpful, professional and efficient. They set up on time and gave very clear instructions. I will definitely be using again in the future as the pricing was definitely great value for money and the service was exceptional.

We always use SoSoft for our bouncy castle hire & have always been massively impressed with the service we receive, but yesterday we were even more impressed! There was a mix up at the venue & no-one was there to let the guys in with the castle we’d hired so they called to let me know & I started panicking! In the end, they pulled out all the stops, swapped our castle to another van & rearranged delivery for when someone was there. They could easily have said they were too busy & couldn’t mess about as it was our mix up, but they didn’t. Instead they met us there at a later time, set up the castle & didicars & wished our daughter a happy birthday & she had the best party bouncing with her friends. Customer service is second to none, equipment is safe, clean & fantastic value for money & we would 100% recommend these guys to anyone looking to hire a castle/soft play for their party. Great service from start to finish, arrived bang on time.
We hired the Farmyard softplay, ball pit and didi car package for our 1 year olds birthday party. The babies absolutely loved the softplay, and the older kids had a brilliant time with the cars.
All equipment was in fantastic condition and it all looked so effective when it was set up.
I am tempted to hire a bouncy castle next time!

We used them in December for our daughter's party. It was really easy to book online, the chap who came to set up was prompt, friendly & the bouncy castle & other equipment was set up really quickly. It was all in excellent condition & the children loved it!

They set up so quick and were so friendly! Also didn't get put off by my 2 littlens running around while they were setting up and while I was having the 'OMG what have I forgotten episode!'
The play equipment was made really safe and was exactly how it was described! pink, princessy and perfect! all the children ages from 1-8years had a great time!

We ordered a small kids bouncy castle online, which was very easy to do.
I received regular updates as to when the castle would be delivered and was very pleased with how friendly the manager was who also delivered the castle.
I was shown exactly how to inflate and deflate the castle, which was a piece of cake.
I was also shown all health & safety points. The castle arrived in immaculate condition, and looked really well cared for. The price was brilliant to have the castle for the whole weekend and the kids loved it. I would highly recommend So Soft Play to anyone as it was an all round great experience

Dan the owner of so soft play was very professional and very accommodating. The castle we wanted was unfortunately booked by someone else, Dan went above and beyond to help us find something else that was just as good (if not better) then the original one we wanted. We were getting constant email and updates on details about our order, which was great as it put my mind at ease as we have had problems in the past with other soft play company's. It was so easy to book online, and very clear information, you knew exactly what you were booking. Dan and he's employees were very helpful and punctual. The bouncy castle and soft play equipment had obviously been very well looked after. I am a very happy customer who will definitely be using so soft play again.

With the prospect of children having no castle our party look ruined, but the guys at sosoft play pulled out the stops and got a smaller castle to the venue within 15 mins and saved the day!
